Solar cell fabrication process has been existed since the early 70s. Over years, material science students have project class in fabricating solar cells. Due to the lack of proper guidelines and instructions, a laboratory manual is essential to allow students to have a reference over the fabrication process. A solar cell fabrication process manual will allow students to be able to work individually with guidance as well as learning more effectively.
